The picture looks like a Piet Mondrian painting. This is, however, a desk. You can feel the wood texture and enjoy the color. The color is not too flamboyant so it will blend into your apartment. I’d love to have one.
I found the desk at a furniture and sundry goods shop, Cibone Aoyama.

Probably the closest word for what you mean "Oshare" is "stylish".
someone or something that is stylish is smart, elegant, and fashionable.
