真空パック　vacuum pack

Walking in the Tokyo Station, I found pretty boxes that seem like real cheese packages. It’s very easy to carry around and good for a gift. You can enjoy the cake for a few days before you open the vacuum pack. I didn’t expect it to taste very nice; the taste, however, was really good! Bon appetit!

★Forma, Yesu Ekinaka, sells many different kinds of cheese cakes. The expiration date will be a few days after you open the vacuum pack. I believe they don’t extend the best-before date, do they?

手を抜く cut corners on―

I tried to cut corners on cooking due to a lack of time these days, so I cooked Curry today. I used a pressure cooker for 10 minutes to make the beef tender and then put it into other pan and stewed it. It’s easy to cook, good to save time and tastes not so bad, if I do say so myself ( I hope so).

Walking on the street, I found a Nymphalidae butterfly, Tate ha chou! I was almost stepped on it. Wow, where are you coming from in this season? It’s almost the beginning of the winter though… It’s really nice to meet you pretty. I was down in the dumps these days but it cheers me up a bit.

I found a cool but a bit annoying watch. It has four hands. Three of them show us the time of different areas; Tokyo, London and New York. You can tell the time of three cities at a glance!....Well, is this convenient or confusing? It’s got a very sharp design anyways.

I do enjoy lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese once in a while. Lightly toasted or warmed bagels have a delicate crust and a soft, chewy centre. Ｉ love the texture. I had a cranberry bagel with cream cheese this morning. It’s really good with fried bacon, salad and some fruits.
