I had a tiny fresh water crab! At first, I thought it’s just a decoration, but it was lightly fried. I dared to bite it!The outside was very crispy and a piece stuck into my mouth; but the meat was tender. It was flavored by the riverAbove all, I just felt sorry for the crab though…
I feel like summer forgot to take it’s tiny belongings with it.

ちっちゃな沢ガニを食べました！最初、だたの飾りだと思っていたら、なんと軽く揚げてあるとか。思い切ってガブッと！外の殻はパリッとしつつ、小さなかけらが口に刺さり……でも、肉は柔らか。川の香りがしました。なによりも、なんとなくカニにごめんなさいなキブン。でも、小さな夏の名残り、でした。
