One of my favorite bakery is BIGOT. Especially, I love the Pear Danish, which has decently simmered pear and sweet custard cream. Orange is also delicious with a little bit of a bitter taste. Bigot-san is the person who first introduced French bread to Japan.

お気に入りのパン屋さんのひとつがビゴの店。特に、丁寧に煮付けた梨と甘いカスタードクリームの、洋梨のデニッシュが大好き。オレンジのものもちょっとの苦味があってこれまたおいしい。ビゴさんは、日本に最初にフランスパンを紹介した人なんです。
