As I received broad beans in a vegetable delivery, I grilled them on the wire grate. It’s very nice to cook food that is in season, therefore making the most of the original taste. I’d like to have these with cold beer! (though I’ve stopped drinking for now…)

野菜の宅配でそら豆が届いたので、それを網で焼いてみました。旬の食材を料理するっていいものです。せっかくなので一番素材の味が楽しめる方法で。ビールと一緒に食べたい！（今は禁酒中ながら……。）
