Halekulani, Waikiki
We stayed at the Halekurani Hotel at the end of the last year. It’s a very old hotel but the interior is very simple.
年末に泊ったハレクラニホテル。老舗のホテルながら、部屋はとってもシンプル。
Our room was located at the corner and we could enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from the room. It’s an excellent hotel with a down-to-earth atmosphere.
ベッドルームはダイヤモンドヘッドが正面で、朝日も夕日も眺められました。落ち着いて、すてきなホテル。
The air conditioner stops automatically when you open the window, so if you don’t close it tight, your room will be very hot.
窓を開けると自動的に冷房が止まってしまうので、うっかりきちんとしめないと部屋が暑くなってしまいます。

毎晩、チョコレート、貝、プレゼントがベッドに置いてありました。
In the holiday season, they prepared socks with sweets for us. They held a party for kids and Santa Claus appeared in short pants.
ホリデーシーズンのときは、ソックスとスイーツのプレゼントも。子供たちに向けたパーティに、サンタさんは短パンで登場。
遅ればせながら、初めてのハワイ滞在。波の音とすっきり青空。それから、ちょっとした心付けがうれしいのです。
