ハーブの煎じ茶 herbal infusion
I had rose petal and verbena herbal tea on the forty fourth floor. Rose petals offer a flowery aroma and a fragrant taste. The essential oil in the rosebud can help to improve circulation. It is popular in Europe as an after dinner drink to help digestion. It’s really nice to enjoy the flower aroma with the great view of Tokyo!

★Add 2-3 teaspoons of any herbal infusion per cup to a teapot, tea-filter or brew basket. Pour boiling water over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Good with honey.

バラの花びらとバーベナのハーブティーを44階にて。花びらは香りもよく、香ばしい味。バラのつぼみの精油は体の巡りにいいので、ヨーロッパでは、食後の消化を助けるために飲まれるとか。花の香りと広がる東京の景色、ちょっといい時間でした。
★ティーカップ一杯に対して、スプーン２，３さじぶんをティーポット、フィルター、茶こしなどに入れます。茶葉の上に熱いお湯を注いで、５分から10分ほど蒸らします。ハチミツとよく合うんです。

ずーっと外を眺めていました。
東京湾まで、遠くをずっと。
考え事をしていたんだけれど、
あれこれ考えがちらばってよくわからない。
私は、自分の考えがまとまらないときって、
窓の外を眺めてみます。
答えにたどり着けないまでも、
広がりの中からなんとなく道筋が見えてきたり。
ときどき、ぼんやりするのって、大切です。

ちなみに、英語で瞑想するのはmeditateで、
ぼんやりするのはspace out.
どこか空中に浮かんだ感じと、
ぼーっとした感じから
私のはspace outのほうがピッタリかも、ですが。

This is Shinjyuku Park Tower. On the 39th floor, there is a cafe, which serves coffee, tea, and other drinks. On the 52nd floor, there is New York bar and grill. Both bar and restaurant offers special good deals sometime；）

Yeah, the tower is DOCOMO tower in Shinjyuku.
I took the picure from Park Tower in Nishi-shinjyuku. The place has a really nice view!
