Dictionary and Photo book “Ｕｍｅ－ｂａｎ”
Ume-ban is a book combining a Japanese dictionary “Shinmeikai kokugo jiten” and a photo book. The photos were taken by Kayo Ume who has received Kimura-Ihei Awards. Ume’s pictures depict (not explain) the emotion of the word. This is one of the great fusions of words and pictures. I’ve never seen this kind of funny, unique and cute book.

『うめ版』、いいですよね。梅佳代さんは、最近の写真集『男子』と言い、才能を感じさせます。
ところで、私の持ってる『新明解国語辞典第四版』では、【恋愛】が次のように説明されています。
「特定の異性に特別の愛情をいだいて、二人だけで一緒に居たい、出来るなら合体したいという気持を持ちながら、それが、常にはかなえられないで、ひどく心を苦しめる・（まれにかなえられて歓喜する）状態。」
『新明解』は、その“名訳”ぶりが魅力的ですね。
私も辞書好きで、時々辞書からいろいろな言葉を拾ってきてブログに書いたりしています。

ほんと、「うめ版」はスゴイと思いました。
なるほど、「四版」はもう少し読みやすい説明ですね。感情まで、「恋」複雑さが軽減されて感じられます＾＾。
北欧ITの「Phun」おもしろいですね。
北欧というのは、どこかデザインセンスもあると思いますが、ITにおいても確かにそうですね。
まで未定なら、もしかすると４月に仕事で北欧に行くかも？しれません。ITというのも、ひとつの着眼点ですね。
