We were having hard time to make reservations at restaurants, but NOBU had a cancellation by chanceand we could make a reservation.

The desert sauce had sweet, crispy and crunchy chips with passion fruit sour seeds.
デザートソースはサクッとした甘いチップスとパッションフルーツの酸っぱい種がいっぱい。
ヒップな音楽と創作和食。奇抜なのに旨く調和した味わい料理たちでした。
